Trauma

Trauma happens in the subconscious (when most suffering) and you want to bring it to your consciousness.

Remember everything is energy and consciousness.
The moment you take the energy and consciousness out of the trauma, the trauma is gone.
Unconsciously you choose to live in the event of trauma.
And as long as you don't change this, it can go on endlessly.

What has happened is done and you can't undo it.
All you can do is decide for yourself how to deal with it.

And the problem is mainly that you can get stuck in it, the feeling, the memories.
If you sit in a chair thinking about your trauma you are giving it attention.
And what you give attention to grows, just like a plant you water.

Let it go and absolutely don't fight it, then you create the resistance that keeps it going.
Let go, accept it and focus on other things.
Take control of your own mind instead of letting your subconscious do it.

Support this with meditation, good nutrition, strength training, cardio, saunas and ice baths.

Focus and become aware!
