Exercise every day!

Working out every day may seem extreme, but it has its advantages.
You constantly maintain momentum and flow.
There's no room for excuses like "will I go or not," because you just go every day.
No room for doubt, because doubt is just wasted energy.

Of course, this doesn't mean that you do intense strength training 7 days a week and try to improve your PR (personal record) every workout.
You do for example 3-5 times a week of strength and the other days cardio.
It doesn't always have to be heavy, it can also be 20 minutes of cardio and a sauna for example.
It's all about the advantage of momentum, and how you organize your training is up to you.

You don't collapse this way.
Because if you don't go 1 or 2 days in a row, it becomes easier to not go 3 days.
What difference does one day make?
And the day after that.....
This is how procrastination starts.

Of course you can compromise and say I'll go 6 days a week instead of 7.
Because you just want 1 day a week of peace and quiet, no obligations.
It's up to you, what you want.

But try the 7 days a week and every day for 30 days in a row.
If you choose to do this challenge, keep the commitment and no excuses afterwards.
If you skip a day, start again at day1!
After that you can always decide otherwise, but do this experience.

Mentally this is just super to gain control over your own energy and focus.
No constantly doubting and thinking about whether or not to go.

Clearity is king.
