Depression


Depression is a feeling of self-destruction.

I'll talk mostly about how to get rid of it.
Some want to know the exact cause of their depression, but it's almost impossible to pinpoint or put a date on.
More important is also how to get rid of it.

2 things are very important here imo.

1 You've lost yourself in some way.
2 You need resistances that make you stronger.

1. Losing yourself and not doing what is important to you and what satisfies you.
If you live a life that is not on your terms and does not come from your heart, but you live by the standards of others, you should not be surprised if you get depressed.
Look at what is in your heart and what is important to you!
We often let ourselves be dragged along by society and what others expect from us.
Become aware of this and look within, listen to yourself.

2. You need resistors to be in connection with life.

Find resistances yourself in a healthy way through exercise, sauna and ice baths.
By creating your own resistances, the resistances in your life also become easier.

You also need to be a little hard on yourself to avoid the victim role.

Growth is also a human need, the feeling of moving forward.
E.g. in relationships, self-development, health and financially.
Just sit down and become aware of where you are and where you want to go.
